What kinds of documents are necessary to check in?

From the 1st of September 2021, all Guests (from the 31st of December 2023 babies and children are also included) need a valid, official document with photo identification during the process of check in according to the laws in force. The official document can be: an identity card, driving licence or passport. At the reception, the digitally scanned documents will be recorded by the Closed Guest Information Database system for maximum two years. Without any valid document, the hotel is liable to refuse accommodation-service.

From what time can we take up the room?

You can take up the room on the arrival day from 2 pm and you need to leave the room on the day of departure until 11 am.

Is there any room with a balcony?

Not every room has a terrace or a balcony, our colleagues at the reception can help you, depending on the number of reservations.

Is it possible to smoke in the hotel?

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel.

What is included in the price?

The price of the room includes: accommodation, the usage of the gym, WIFI, VAT (Value-Added Tax). The price of the room does not include the tourist tax (400 Ft/person/night), the price of the usage of the parking lot (……. Ft/car/night), and the usage of the limited number of spaces in the inside parking lot (8000 Ft/car/night).

Why do I see a different price now than a couple of days ago?

Our hotel works with dynamic pricing, in other words, with constantly changing prices. The proximity of the demand and the time and our free capacity influence our prices, that is why it can happen that our Guests can see a different price now that a couple of minutes ago.

Is there a bathtub or a shower in the bathroom?

There are showers in the bathrooms.

Are there rooms with double beds?

All of our rooms are equipped with a double bed.

Is there an opportunity to park somewhere?

In the parking lot in front of the hotel (…… Ft/car/night), and in the inside yard of the hotel, there are opportunities to park, with limited number of spaces (8000 Ft/car/night).

Is there an underground parking lot?

The hotel does not own an underground parking lot.

When can we have breakfast?

Breakfast: 7:00-10:00

I have a food intolerance, what should I do?

Please, when you arrive, inform us about your food intolerance.
We prepared our breakfast choices to have gluten-free patisseries and lactose-free milk, to allow our gluten- or lactose-intolerant or vegetarian Guests to have appropriate food choices.

Can we bring any pets?

The hotel does not welcome pets.

Do you accept a SZÉP card?

You are able to pay with a SZÉP card in the hotel.

What kind of extras can be required to the rooms?

Our Guests can choose from the following extras: champagne, wine, water, flowers, pastry, fruit.

Is there a dress code in the hotel?

Please wear – depending on the event – clothing that is suitable for the occasion in the different parts of the hotel.
