The discount for children is not available for children who are 12 years old or above.
Reservation
We kindly ask every Guest to confirm their reservation in writing, to which the hotel will also send a written confirmation.
Deposit
The precondition of the reservation is a 50% or a 75% prepayment to prepayment invoice. The confirmation will come into force when the required deposit or credit card guarantee arrives until the date written in the confirmation letter.
Cancellation conditions
Every individual room reservation can be cancelled without penalty or can be altered until two days before the arrival. In case you cancel your reservation two days or less before the arrival, the prepaid deposit (maximum 2 nights) will be handled as a penalty by the hotel.
Payment at the hotel
The price of the hotel services can be paid off by cash, credit card or SZÉP card at the hotel.
Dress code
Please wear – depending on the event – clothing that is suitable for the occasion in the different parts of the hotel. We kindly ask you to neglect the usage of the loud mobile-communication devices (mobile phones, tablets) in Café Macaron, or please use them with headphones in favour of the serenity of the other Guests.
